Project Zero · Vision 2030 · Ireland

A country of great entrepreneurs. A country where thinking different is normal — from content to AI to business. A vision to inspire and push this generation to the forefront of the world. And to lead from the front, breaking every limit ever thought of in this country.

Joshua Ajayi — Cavan, Dublin, Marbella, Dubai

At twenty-three, Joshua Ajayi has already lived several lives. Professional footballer. Biotech student. Door-to-door salesman. And now — the architect of a multi-company venture studio that's rewriting the rules of Irish entrepreneurship.

Born and raised in Cavan, Ireland, to Irish-Nigerian parents, Joshua signed with Longford Town at thirteen and played League of Ireland football through to Monaghan United until he was nineteen. He attended The Royal School Cavan before enrolling in DCU's Biotechnology programme — and dropping out four months later.

What followed was a crucible. He joined PhoneWatch and within six months became one of Ireland's top-performing sales representatives. The sales floor became his university, and the lessons learned there — discipline, psychology, relentless execution — would become the foundation of everything he built next.

"I want to show people in Ireland that there are other options. That you don't have to follow the path someone else laid out for you."

By twenty-three, Joshua had built and was running three businesses generating seven-figure revenue. He now splits his time between Ireland, Marbella, and Dubai — and is engaged to Casey Mulvey, his childhood sweetheart since age sixteen and a competitive athlete in her own right.
